My research interests are varied in the sphere of molecular and physiological biochemistry. I have carried out work on sub-cellular organelles and am due to carry out research on virology, cell-to-cell transport mechanisms and RNA transport in cells.
Completed a 6-week short project at the University of Warwick testing the confocal morphology of A. thaliana endoplasmic reticulum in response to stress.
Due to complete a 12-week project at Oxford Brookes University in the role of Malat-1 in bystander response via exosomes.
Due to complete a 12-week project at the University of Oxford in HIV virology
Competent in confocal microscopy
Familiar with programming languages R, Python and Matlab
Have completed programming, statistics, bioinformatics and mathematics courses at the University of Oxford Doctoral Training Centre
