About Me

I am part of the Computational Biology group in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Oxford. I have been trained as a physicist during my undergraduate study at Imperial College London, and I believe that Physics not only describes the law of nature but also gives intuition behind many complex phenomena including applications in biomedical science.

My research interest is in mathematical/computational modelling of biological/physiological systems. I want to explore and explain the mechanisms and processes which allows us to provide predictions about the behaviour of our systems of interest, viz. our body. In particular, I am interested in using human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocyte (iPSC-CM) electrophysiology modelling for studying pharmaceutical drug safety.
