During my MSc studies I focused my attention in Computational Biology. From February 2014 to August I was awarded with the EXTRA scholarship, and the EU Erasmus plasment scholarship. I joined the faculty of Computer Science of the University of Oxford, Computational Biology group. The goal of the program was to implement a Noisy Random Boolean Network simulation plugin for multicellular systems modelled in 2D and 3D in the Chaste programming environment (a computational library being developed at Oxford).
In May 2015, I was awarded of a Post-Lauream scholarship from the University of Milano-Bicocca aimed to research activities having a duration of four months. The goal was the analysis of traces of stochastic simulations using a new spatio-temporal logic.
In 2015 I also worked on an Artificial Intelligence research project in collaboration with the University of Milano-Bicocca. The goal was the temporal estimation of events (rdf data) using evidences taken from the Web, which is a noisy source of information and requires standard Artificial Intelligence approaches to handle the problem.
