Predicting the Optimal Chimeric Antigen Receptor Design

I am systematically studying T cell activation through different chimeric antigen receptors in response to antigens of various affinities and concentrations. The aim of this project is to develop a mathematical model that can predict the optimal chimeric antigen receptor design for any given antigen.

A Comprehensive Systems Model of T Cell Costimulation

I am investigating signal integration between the T cell receptor and a range of costimulatory and inhibitory receptors using a combination of quantitative T cell stimulation experiments and mathematical modelling.
