Interests

Self-assembling systems of biomolecules, design and engineering of peptides and other biomolecules.

2013-2014: MSc research project studying the interactions between model membranes and synthetic alpha-barrel peptides. Peptide synthesis and characterisation (incl. HPLC, circular dichroism and mass spectrometry), liposome characterisation and fluorescence spectroscopy.
