This project started as my bachelor thesis, supervised by Mgr. Michal Bída. The goal of the thesis was to implement several basic steering behaviours into Pogamut, adjust them for human virtual characters. The steering behaviours are techniques for navigation of virtual agents, invented by Craig Reynolds.

One of the outcomes of the thesis was a new steering behaviour Walk Along for navigation of pair of friends going together to a common target. This steering behaviour was published in a paper When a Couple Goes Together: Walk Along Steering in the proceedings of Motion in Games conference.
