I completed a 10-week short project in Statistics, developing software to align Protein Interaction Networks (PINs) using community structure.
My undergraduate thesis was a mathematical and experimental investigation into the entrainment of synthetic biological oscillators.
I took part in the International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) competition whilst at Bristol University. Our project came first in the Food or Enegy track and third place overall. Details of the project can be found at BCCS-Bristol
