- (April–July 2012) Ten week short project in medical imaging in Comp Sci. I produced a MATLAB code to automatically align short-axis cardiac MRI images, interpolate them to a volume, then align these volumes from multiple visits to the clinic, in order to ease comparison by the doctor for temporal changes.
- (July–Oct 2012) Ten week short project in cardiac mathematical modelling Comp Sci. I formulated an 'epicardial border zone' model from experimental data and explored its effect on electrical propagation.
- (Oct 2012–Present) DPhil research project on developing a computational framework to simulate electrical activity of the heart and the resulting electrocardiograph, and investigate the effects of cardiac injury.
